| OBJECflVE: To compare the pharmacological effects of ZuolrnWan alkaloid and ZJW in the dosage of decoctron and powder on its related effects in onier to pinve that the alkaloid is the main effective paxt of ZJW, aiming at pwviding experimental data for devel- oping advanced dosage. METHODS: By means of the pain - relieving, anti - ulcer, re- fntining the secretion of gastric fluid and adjust the function of stomach and intestine in- dexes as the main effective ones, the phannacological effects of ZJW in the dosage of pow- der and decoction and its alkaloid are observed. RFSULTS: ZJW in the dosage of powder and decoction and its alkaloid have the following functions: pmtecting gastric mucosa, anti ?ulcer, relieving pain, and refraining the movement and secretion of small intestine and gastric fluid respectively to the different degree. ZJW powder is prior to its alkaloid in anti ?ulcer respect, while its decoction is infenor to the alkaloid in anti - ulcer and refraining secretion of gastric fkud. As for relieving pain, the decoction is better than the alkaloid, and the powder is weaker than the alkaloid. As for refraining the movement of small intes- tine, ZJW deooctron is weaker than its powder and alkaloid. As for counteracting histamine and acetylcholine, ZJW decoction and alkaloid are better than its powder. CONCLU- lION: It is inferred ZJW alkaloid is the main effective part in its relevant pharmacology... |
