| Differentiation of syndromes means the distinguishment of syndromes that the patients manisfiy and the establishment of diagnosis. Up till the present moment, it has been commonly looked on as the best way to combine the diseases of Western medicine v~ith the differentiation of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, that, to some extent, is helpful for the study of the essence of signs. But, for some reasons, there are still things not comforned with regular rules in the researches of diagnosis and names of signs of traditional Chinese medicine, vdtich influence its standardization. In recent years, it has made a great progress in the study of microcosmic diagnosis of heart blood stagnation of coronaiy heart disease. Many specialists have found that it is the sum of complex syndromes and it involves lots of systems. But there are few reseaches to identifiy heart blood stagnation of CHD and blood stagnation. Also, there is no study to tell the similiarities and differences between the stagnation of Qi and heart blood and Qi- deficiency and heart blood stagnation. What抯 more, nobody has studied the differences between the priciples how it can strong the qi and activate the blood and the principles how it can activate the qi and blood. In the first part, we reæ‹iew the acient medical books and the modem literatures, which are the study results of heart blood stagnation of coronaiy heart disease, by which can we learn vb+at the acient traditional Chinese medical doctors had kno~ about heart blood stagnation and what we have now known about it by means of modern science and technology. In the second part, we do some clinical researches. Firstly, we study the stmilian ties and differences between heart blood stagnation of CHD and blood stagnation. We choose randomly 30 patients of heart blood stagnation of coronaiy heart disease, 30 patients of blood stagnation and 30 patients of non- blood stagnation Then, we test some indexes related to heart function 3 and state of blood and vessels. The result is that heart blood stagnation of CR11) not only has the common change as blood stagnation, but also has its owi~i features. Secondly, we compare stagnation of qi and heart blood ~th QI-difficiency and heart blood stagnation We, among the patients of coronary heart disease, choose mmdonly 30 people of qi and heart blood stagnation and 30 people of Qi-diifficiency and heart blood stagnation Also, we test some indexes about heart function and state of blood and vessels. The result is that patients?condition of Qi-difficiency and heart blood stagnation is more serious than the ones of stagnation of qi and heart blood. So we conclude that the latter is the preliminary stage of heart blood stagnation , and the former is the further development Finally, we initially study how the treatment of activating qi and blood and the treatment of stronging qi and activating give play to their functions. We choose ramdonly 30 patients of heart blood stagnation, 30 patients of qi-difficiency and heart blood stagnation and 30 patients of qi and heart blood stagnation. Then, we allot them ramdonly to the gioiq treated by activating qi and blood and the group treated by stronging qi and activating blood. We test indexes before and after treatments. The results show that both the two treaments have effects on heart blood stagnation, and activating qi and blood can do its work only for stagnatin... |
