Observed. The Hemp Baicalensis Mixture On The Clinical Role Of Chronic Airway Inflammation Of Asthma

Objective To observe the clinical effect on bronchial asthma of MQHJ and disscuse the mechenism about it's anti-inflammation. Method Divided 120 patients with asthma into two groups by randomly. treated group (n80) were given MQHJ or MQHJ Cooperated with west medicine's routine method, contrasted group (n40) were given west medicine's routine method. Record the signs and synptoms and lung function of all patients before and after treating. furthermore, detected Epo, EL ,NOin serum about 30 patients and mesured 20 patients?bronclial responsiveness in treated group before and after treating respectively. Result: (1)The total effect of treated group is better than that in contrasted group, but there wasn't significant difference. (2) Compared the effect of signs and synptoms, breathing spell and wheeze in lung in treated group were better than that in contrasted group, but there wasn抰 significant difference, while cough and cough up phlegm in treated group were better than that in contrasted group and there was siginifieant difference. (3)All patients?lung function had been improved in two groups. and the 20 patients? bronchial responsiveness in treated group were greatly descended. (4)The level of Epo, EL ,NOin serum about the 30 patients?in treated group were all come down, except the droping of Epo FT in slight patients were not significant, all the others had significant difference. Conclusjon:MQHJ had undoubted effect on bronchial asthma, it had better total effect than west medicine's routine method, The mechenism of anti-inflammation about MQHJ was related with the descending of FT NO in serum.
