The Study Of The Effect On Liu Junzi Soup On Airway Inflammation Of Asthma And Cilinical Efficacy

ObjectiveTo study on influence of Liu junzi soup therapy for bronchial asthma of inflammatory cell in the alveolar, with the animal experiments and clinical trials, to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods1. Clinical experiment:46 children who conform to the inclusion criteria randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1, the treatment group were given liu junzi soup once a day, as the control group were given the western conventional therapy. All the two group were treated for 2 months. After the treatment, we recorded the improvement of symptoms, physical signs of the group before and after treatment.We used statistical software SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis.2. The Experimental research:Select 50 one week old female BAlb/c mice, and randomly divided into 5 groups, the healthy group, the model control group, the low dose of liu junzi soup group, the high dose of liu junzi soup group, the Lactic acid bacteria s group. all the mice of model group were given intraperitonal injection of ovalbumin (OVA) and forced inhalation of atomized OVA to induce asthma, so the mouse model of experimental were established. each of the model group was administered one time a day from the first day to the 26th day, the healthy group and the model control group were given the same amount of normal saline. Observe the general situation and the changes of interleukin 17 (IL-17), interleukin 10(IL-10) and transforming growth factor-betal(TGF-1) in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and the situation of Lung tissue pathology.Results1. according to the clinical trial,2 months after treatment, the treatment group and the control group improved the total clinical symptoms, the results were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the changes in the treatment group was greater than the other group, especially in reducing colds, sweating and improve appetite, it showed good results, the difference between the two groups were statistically significance.2. The Experimental research result showed:(1) the amount of IL-10、IL17、 TGF-β1 in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid of the model group was higher than the healthy group(P<0.01), there was no significant difference of inflammatory cytokines in mice in the low dose liu junzi soup group and Lactic acid bacteria group. compared with high dose liu junzi soup with low dose liu junzi soup and Lactic acid bacteria group, the difference was statistically significant, which suggested that high dose of the liu junzi soup to inhibit the inflammatory response function was better than that of the two groups. (2)the model group compared with health controls, the number of white blood cells in the blood were significantly higher than the latter(P< 0.05), but the umber of acidophilic granulocyte and lymphocyte were lower than the healthy control group((P< 0.05), than the liu junzi low dose group had no significant difference in the Lactic acid bacteria group and various inflammatory cell (P >0.05), but the high dose liu junzi soup had significant difference compared with Lactic acid bacteria group (P<0.05). (3)Compared the inflammation score of Liujunzi soup group, Lactic acid bacteria s group with the model group, there was statistical significance((P<0.05)), while the liu junzi soup low dose group and Lactic acid bacteria s group had significant difference.Conclusion1. This subject through to the bronchial asthma remission (lung spleen-deficiency type)with clinical trial, under the guidance of the related theory in lung and spleen, Using the method of replenishing qi spleen Phlegm treating children asthma remission (lung spleen-deficiency type) curative effect compared with control group, Liu junzi soup to improve the symptoms of children better than single western medicine routine treatment, the effect is clear and significant2. Experiment results illustrate Liu junzi soup can relieve airway inflammation by affecting IL-17, TGF-β1,IL-10 in in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid of asthmatic mice.
