Purpose:1.To observe the influence to indicators of Yi Tang Kang in the MS patients of IGR ;2.To observ the clinical effect to different groups of lipids of Yi Tang Kang in the MS patients of IGR.Material and method:Selected 178 patients from Nov 2009 to Mar 2011 in the five centers, including Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM, Medical Research Institute of Liaoning Province, Affiliated Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of TCM, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM And Liaoyang diabetes hospitals. Finally 165 patients completed the clinical trials, and they were MS patients of IGR with the phlegm hot ties the card mutually. The patients were divided into four groups according to pre-treatment lipids, including high-TG groups (TG≥1.7mmol/L),high-TC groups (TC≥5.18mmol/L),mixed hyperlipidemia groups (TG≥1.7mmol/L and TC≥5.18mmol/L) and normal groups (TC<5.18mmol/L and TG<1.7mmol/L). After the 12 weeks of Yi Tang Kang and combined treatment, the fasting plasma glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, blood lipids, HBA1C, BMI, blood, urine, then routine, liver and renal were Measured.Results:1.After placebo treatment, the improvement of 2hPG, BP was significantly different by T-test (P<0.05).2.The improvement of TC,TG, 2hPG,SBP,DBP and BMI of treatment and placebo groups was significantly different by T-test (P<0.05).3.In the mixed hyperlipidemia groups, compliance rate of HDL-C and BP of treatment and placebo groups was significantly different by rank sum test (P <0.05).4.In the normal groups(TC<5.18mmol/L and TG<1.7mmol/L), compliance rate of BP and BMI of treatment and placebo groups was significantly different by rank sum test (P <0.05).5.In the high-TC groups, compliance rate of 2hPG, BP and BMI of the treatment and placebo groups was significantly different by rank sum test (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The mixed hyperlipidemia is More common in MS patients of IGR with the phlegm hot ties the card mutually2.In the comprehensive treatment, based treatment can significantly improve 2hPG and BP.3.Yi Tang Kang can reduce TC, TG in MS patients of IGR,Can increase HDL-C of MS patients with IGR and mixed hyperlipidemia.4.In MS patients of IGR, Yi Tang Kang can reduce 2hPG, BP and BMI. But it mainly reduces 2hPG of patients with high-TC;BP of patients with mixed hyperlipidemia, high-TG and the normal lipid; BMI of patients with high-TC and the normal lipid.
