Objective:Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq. is a dry ripe fruit of herbaceous perennial belongs to Zingiberaceae,It's mainly produced in HaiNan,GuangDong,GuangXi,HaiNan is one authentic ingredients,but also one of the four southern medicine.It has been widely used as a tonic,aphrodisiac,anti-salication,anti-polyuria,and anti-diarrheaaccording to the pharmacopoeia of China.Ministry of Health of China announced on the third time that Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq.Thispaper made Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq.as its study object,separated chemical components,andgot the main ones or index ones,and established a determination method to control quality ofAlpinia Oxyphylla Miq.For further development lay the foundation.Material and method:Use the method of solvent extraction,Silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20column and recrystalizition;according to the method of the physical and chemicalcharacteristics and spectral;by HPLC method,establish the method of the determination,the ash,water and extract of Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq.by HPLC method;establish and comparethe two components.Results:1.Seven compounds were obtained and identified as:Kaempferide⑴,tectochrysin⑵,oxyphyllol⑶,daucosterolpalmitate⑷,daucosterol⑸,β-sitoterol⑹,Yakuchinone A⑺.2. By HPLC method,establish the method of the determination,the ash,water andextract of Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq.,In this study,Peel and nuts established HPLC fingerprintsimilarities were0.90~1.00,Peel and nuts have 17 Common peak,Most can achieve a betterseparation,Peel and nuts comparison,chemical composition difference is bigger.3. By spectrophotometry,measuring peel and nut content of total flavonoids and totalpolysaccharides,and made the methodological study,This method is simple and accurate,With this method total flavonoids and total polysaccharides of ten regions of AlpiniaOxyphylla Miq.were determinationed. ConclusioConclusion:1. Isolated compounds from Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq.and identified their stuctures.2..Established the fingerprint of Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq. decoction pieces and processing,bycomparing,chemical ingredients are different.3. Measurement of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq. content....
