Purpura Chinese Medicine Treatment Program Clinically Proven

Purpose:To search for the feature of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura in children,and discover the relationship among feature and differentiation of syndrome.Method:The 45cases with HSP were retrospectively studied and patterns of onset,clinical manifestations and correlated factors of renal damage were analyzed. Analysis the feature of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura,and discover the relationship among feature and differentiation of syndrome.Establish themain ingredient to differentiate the principal syndrome.Results:the most important inducing factor of HSP was Upper Respiratory Infection;the initiatory syndrome mainly was skin purpura.; All the patients had tyPieal Purpura.26 cases have dermal or alimentary tract symptoms(86. 7%),8 cases articular symptoms(53.3%); Syndrome distribution characteristics:The basic active syndrome mainly was Heat-induced Blood Extravasation(HIBE);17 cases was Heat-induced Blood Extravasation.Conclusion:Most of children with HSP aged between 7 years old,the ratio of boys and girls was 1:1.2; he initiatory syndrome mainly was skin purpura. The basic active syndrome mainly was Heat-induced Blood Extravasation.
