| Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Bee pin jointed tramadol on the moderate cancer pain patients and to explore,clarify its mechanism,to provide the clinical guidance for the treatment of cancer pain in chinese medicine.Methods:64 selected patients were randomly divided into treated group (n=31) and control group (n=33),both groups were treated with the three ladder of drug which to relieve pain by WHO. The moderate cancer pain was treated with tramadol injection,the useage of which is intramuscular in 100mg, once a day.The treated group added the Bee pin basing on which,once a day.Pain levels,physical and chemical exanimation,signs and symptoms,Karnofsky score, immune function were observed before or after the treatment.and to analysis it.Results:After the treatment,to a certain extent,both groups were relieved pain. The statistical analysis showed that:the treatment group is better than the control group in the pain relief,pain onset time and duration of pain relief. and the difference between two groups is statistically significance(P<0.01). Comparison of quality of life:the treatment group, the quality of life scores showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), while the control group and no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).The relief of minor symptoms:comparing with the control group.the treatment group is better in the fatigue,dizziness,nausea,vomiting,sweating,dry mouth,constipation and other symptoms remission rate, and the difference between two groups is statistically significance(P<0.05), and there had no comparable in fever,insomnia,weight loss,chills(P 0.05)。 Conclusion:Bee pin jointed tramadol is better than the control group in the treatment of moderate cancer pain,which had the rapid effect,had the long during time, in addition,it can ease the symptoms of other minor and the side effects caused by tramadol. |
