Electroacupuncture On The 6h Acute Traumatic Brain Injury In Rat Serum Sod Of Mda Experimental Study

The paper consists of two parts:literature reviews and experimental study. First Section is Literature SummaryThere are three literature reviews. First,1st article is the research of regularity and mechanism superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in ICC. and then research about experimental and clinical overviews on ICC; The second article introduces clinical surveys and experimental research about electroacupuncture treatment on the brain injury.Second Section:Experimental Research The method of setting up the rat model of CCI Objective:To make the reson protective mechanism of electroacupuncture (EA) in ICC Methods:The rats were divided into four groups:Blank GroupA, Blank GroupB, Model Group, EA Group. ICC rat model was made by using a improved free-fall modified Feeney's method. The brain tissues of EA Group, Blank GroupA/B and Model Group examin of SOD by Xanthione oxidase method, and MDA by Thibabituric Acid TBA. Results:After ICC, Compared with the Blank group, the neurological injury scores in Model Group was significant higher then EA Group at 6h(P<0.01); Compared with the Model group, the neurological injury scores were decreased significantly in EA Group at 6h (P<0.01). Compared with the Blank Group, the SOD content of injury local brain tissues were increased in electroacupuncture Group at 6h and there was significant difference. (P<0.01); the MDA content of injury local brain tissues were increased significantly in Model Group (P<0.01); and compared with the Model group, was lower at 6h (P<0.05). The MDA content of injury local tissues were increased light ly at 6h and there wasn't significant different ly (P>0.05). Conclusion:The electroacupuncture has effect on the content of SOD and MDA on CCI. It maybe reson for increasing the content of SOD and decreasing the content of MDA. It will be the mechanisms of electroacupuncture on ICC.
