| Objective:In this research, the objects are the 300 therapeutied for hemorrhoids patients on January 2009-March 2010.We use themselves before-and-after control as observers, observe and compare the effect before and after the treatment. We observe the symptom-improving, hemorrhoids atrophying, mucosa erosion and healing situation(including the follow-up research).Also, we study the situation and proportion of post-operation complications and sequelae. To study and analysis the clinical effect of the convergence and stasis-resolving method, provide the clinical evidence for new method in treating hemorrhoids.Methods:The statistics are according to the pre and post-operation data. We use the time points of 3,5,7 days after the treatment as the effect points. Observe the symptom improving of the hemorrhoids'hemafecia and prolapse, local signs of changed size of hemorrhoids and mucous.We also study the situation of hemorrhoids on the local irritation, sequelae and complications.Then, analysis and statistic the clinical effect of the hemorrhoids.Take the An's Shao-Bei Liquid for the main drug. It's a newly direct injection of convergence and stasis-resolving liquid. It is extracted of the effective components of three Chinese medicines:citric acid of dark plum, gallic acid of Chinese gallnut, Paeoniflorin of Radix paeoniae rubra.We take either simple injection treatment or surgery combined with injection according to the different situation of different patients. The surgery is to reduce anal tube injury, light the anal margin edema, and lessen the pain as much as possible. The incision is small, radiation and shaped with outside-stripped and inside-tied. Follow the principal of "puncturing when saw hemorrhoids, larger one follow small, take back needle to inject, full to stop". Take injection of relaxed rectal mucosa, hemorrhoids nuclear and tooth line nearby.Results:1 Observing index:main symptoms of pre-operation patients are hemafecia and prolapse. Anoscope can see hemorrhoids'satiation, mucous hyperemia and enteric cavity. About 91.7% patient has mucous erosion on hemorrhoids nuclear.3 days after treatment, symptoms of almost 90% patient can be improved previously,94.3% of all can see hemorrhoids atrophy through anoscope.91.7% of mucous hyperemia can get better. 5 days after treatment, symptoms of almost 94.7% patient can almost disappear,97% of all can see hemorrhoids atrophy through anoscope. 94.3% of mucous hyperemia improves apparently.7 days post-treatment, 98% patient can get cured and discharge,99% of them can see hemorrhoids atrophy through anoscope, only 3 samples have little mucous hyperemia, when disappeared 10 days later.2 Clinical statistics:the cure rate of the convergence and stasis-resolving method on stateⅠandⅡinternal hemorrhoids are 100%,96.2% on stateⅢand 92.7% on stateⅣ. Cure rate of connectivum type of hemorrhoids is 95.0%, excellent rate is 2.5% and effective rate is 2.5%. Cure rate of varication type of hemorrhoids is 94.5%, excellent rate is 5.5%. Cure rate of other types are 95.8%, excellent rate is 4.2%. Result of follow-up post operation shows us that 93% of the 115 samples are getting to normal.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of convergence and stasis-resolving method on internal, external and mixed hemorrhoids is precise. The cure rate is all above 90%, can improve the clinic effectiveness. It can improve local symptom apparently, can improve the clinical curative effect, be used safely, effectively, subjected rangely。The convergence and stasis-resolving method are reliable method on clinical therapy of hemorrhoids. |
