Improved Cryosurgical Joint In The Pharmaceutical Treatment Of Lung Cancer Of 122 Cases Of Clinical Observation

Purpose:Disugss the value of treatment of improved Argon-helium cryoablation combining with TCM, the result can offer some help with the clinic applications of the new therapy,the study tries to find out the virtues and shortcoming of the newtherapy method. According to the result, it is possible for us to enhance the efficacy and enlarge themethods of lung cancer's therapy.Methods:Using prospective research method and retrospective research method,we select 122 lung cancer patients who had been treated by improved Argon-helium cryoablation combining with TCM, to analyze the effect of behavior, quality of life, clinical symptom, life span,etc,by improved Argon-helium cryoablation combining with TCM.Results:122patients with lung cancer were performed the operation successfully,no one died in the operation.30 patients didn't have significant adverse reaction,42 patients with cough or cough aggravated before surgery.29 patients had fever,10 patients had pneumothorax,20 patients had blood in the sputum,12 patients had pleural effusion,accounted for 9.84%.6 patients had subcutaneous emphysema,8 patients had pulmonary infection.Conclusion:1,The new therapy method had true curative effect, to melt the partly focus of infection,to relive the distress of patients,to increase the quality of life, to extend the life span.2,The trauma of cryoablation is very little,and the reablement after cryoablation is very quickly,and no severe side effects,so all of patients can conceive it. 3,Using the improved cryoablation therapy,we can reduce the difficulty and the risk Of surgery, improve the treatment efficiency, as well as reduce complications.
