Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of "CFBG" in improving clinical symptoms and signs in patients with refractory acute leukemia.Methods:We designed the project as a randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center cooperative clinical trial. The patients with refractory acute leukemia wew divided into two groups randomly, both the groups were treated with standard chemotherapy, and all the patients were given "CFBG" or placebo for 14 days, equaled to a standard chemotherapy cycle). Analyze and evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs.Results:①The efficiency of syndrome: in the FAS analysis, there were no statistically significant between the two groups of the second visit, the third visit; the second visit minus the baseline and the third visit minus the second visit. The same results were obtained in the PPS analysis.②the clinical symptoms and sings of individual:the efficiency of Sputum nuclear, bone pain, disease block, ecchymosis, dizziness, fatigue, anorexia between the two groups all had no statistically significant in every visit minus the second visit and the third visit.But in the fever, the third visit minus baseline had statistically significant between the CFBG group and controlled group (P=0.043).Conclusion: CFBG combined with chemotherapy decrease the symptom of fever, but it had no significant effect on sputum nuclear, disease block, bone pain, ecchymosis, dizziness, anorexia and fatigue.
