Objective:To investigate the feasibility of FATG regimen (fludarabine, cytarabine, Topotecan + G-CSF) applied as the first line therapy in the adult patients with refractory/relapsed acute myeloid leukemia.Methods:To observe the efficacy and the toxicity of FATG in the adult patients with refractory/relapsed acute myeloid leukemia. Therapy: FDB 50mg/d 1~5d;Ara-C 500-1000mg/d 1~5d;TPT 2mg/d 1~3d ; G-CSF 5ug/kg,ih,from the 4th day to the end of agranulocytosis phase. General and supportive treatment is also needed at the same time.Results:In the 4 cases of patients with RAML,CR 50%,PR 25%,NR 25%, total effective rate is 75%.The major toxicity and side effect is myelosuppression.Conclusion: FATG regimen (fludarabine, cytarabine, Topotecan + G-CSF) in the treatment of patients with RAML,which has the feature of reliable curative effect and safe and low recurrence rate,is recommended as...
