This thesis, covers two parts:literature review and tutor's experience in medical treatment.Literature Review:Summary One is the understanding of Chinese medicine on vitiligo treatment and research profiles, including the statement of Chinese ancient literature about vitiligo, the comprehension of modern Chinese medicine doctor on vitiligo, the characteristics of therapeutic and the latest-year-progress in TCM treatment to vitiligo. Summary Two is the research status quo about etiology and treatment on vitiligo of western medicine, including the latest research and clinical research at home and abroad about etiology and treatment to vitiligo in the latest years. Summary Three is the experience in the treatment and scientific research on vitiligo about Integrative Medicine in nearly years. After each of the literature review, there is the own views and opinions by summaring the literature, hope that the majority of scholars and experts in corrections.Tutor Experience:By collecting Cai Nianning teacher's papers, studying and following her out-patient and asking for advice and collecting 45 Medical Records,I have described the understanding of my tutor Cai Nianning on vitiligo, pathogenesis, diagnosis, Together with Medical Records to get a better understanding. Teacher Cai divides the vitiligo into three types,.But the complexity of clinical disease, it is difficult to completely separate the three types, often with the same time, to a type-based, blood barrier is the underlying performance of the disease. So in the treatment of three types and often pay more attention on the Chinese medicine which can move qi and xue,.such as Chuanxiong, Chenpi, Chuanlianzi, Sumu and so on.
