Objective:Coagulation monitoring of pregnant women, women in all stages of pregnancy and pregnancy induced hypertension changes in blood coagulation. Methods:Collected 160 cases of single tire early pregnant women including 40 cases of women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy (third-trimester) and 120 cases of normal pregnant women (early, middle and late 40 cases), and 40 cases of not pregnant women of reproductive age who receiving antenatal examination from July of 2009 to June of 2010 in our hospital. Check their blood clotting changes of platelet (PLT), index prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (FIB), and partial thromboplastin time (APTT). Analysis their differences between each index. Results:In the not pregnant women, normal pregnant women and the women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy, their PLT, PT, APTT gradually decreased, when their FIB gradually raised.the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic monitoring of prenatal prevention and treatment of coagulation pregnancy induced hypertension has some significance. |
