There are two kinds of contracts between the employers and employees, one kind of which is formal and written called economic contract, and the other one is"psychological contract". The psychological contract, one of the most important topics in the research fields of human resource management and organizational behavior, is informal and ambiguous as well as implicit, which has made a great impact on the attitudes and obligations of the employees towards the organizations.In this thesis, HT company's key employees are the object of this research, besides, this thesis discusses the information related psychological contract and incentive theories to explore the relevant literature on analyse main problems existing in the HT company's core staffs by way of questionaire and investigation from the pyschological contract, as well as establish the pyschological mechanics of HT company's core staffs incentives from Psychological Contract Perspective. This paper mainly consists of five parts to illustrate the point:Part I: Introduction. This paper studies the background and significance of the topics, analyses of the present state of psychological mechanics at home and abroad studies, the research methods and the overall framework.Part II: the relevant theories of motivation and psychological contract theories related in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the encouragement of the staffs and the solution of problems. Motivation theories related includes Maslow Hierarchy of Needs theory, Health-Motivation theory, Expectancy theory and Equity theory; Psychological contract theory includes the development of psychological contract's concept, and the study of the dimensions and content of psychological contract.Part III: in-depth information on the case company– the HT company's core staffs'motivation, raised HT the company's core staffs motivation problems. To understand the basic situation of the company based on the HT, the HT core staffs to define and design the questionnaire to learn more about the problem. Part IV: mainly through the elaboration and analysis of relevant theories, combined with HT features of the company's core staff establishmen the core under the psychological contract staff incentives. The incentive mechanism is mainly based on three-dimensional degree of psychological contract: Transaction Dimensions, Development Dimensions and Interpersonal Dimensions.Part V: Conclusion part, by HT the company's core staffs establishment of incentives to draw conclusions and make recommendations.The aim of this paper is to study the case of the HT's build upon the core of the Perspective of Psychological Contract staff incentives, hoping to solve the problem of the HT's have a direct practical effect, while other companies can learn a certain role.
