Some Thinkings On Tax Revenue Construction Based On Information In Our Country

As is obvious to all,the tax revenue information-based construction through more than ten years' practices of and development, has obtained huge results.But there are some mistakes and problems in the the proocess of development, such as foucuing on technique rather tan management,on development rather than appliance,especially emphasizing on calculator techniques, but neglecting management principle of innovation. Backward management thought and low-effeciency management system cause the existing information-based tax revenue system abnormally high-tech and low performance at the same time.The writer holds that lacking a creative information-based management in tax revenue is impossible to obtain great results. Science technical development level,advanced management ideas, and manager's character matter in tax mamagement.The paper makes an analytical study on the information-based basic understanding and the present condition of current information-based tax administration construction and do some thinkings and put forward five counterplans of information-based construction:Environment counterplan, principle counterplan, organization counterplan, applied counterplan and safe counterplan.
