The paper through theoretical research on revenue management, combining home and abroad hotel industry revenue management applications, and to explore the implementation of decisions and forecast demand for hotel pricing information systems, and propose methods using computer tools for application hotel revenue management, science, effective revenue management theory to practice, improve management efficiency and profit maximization hotel capacity.First, the paper reads and organizes a large number of domestic and foreign literature on revenue management, summarizes the basic theory and results of previous studies about revenue management, and analysis the status of hotel revenue management, then determine the basic hotel revenue management goal finally:to maximize the potential benefits, to optimize the room pricing system, to stay the customers1spending prolonged period. On this basis, we know the basic data model of revenue management and decision-making information systems needed for hotel industry:overbooking rooms model, pricing room allocation model, customer management model, multi-product consumption model.The second, the article from the hotel industry revenue management system, combined with the development of the existing hotel information management system,analysis a detailed needs for hotel revenue management information system which is divided into two core systems:front office section and integrated decision lobby section. Then, according to this requirement, applying computer hardware and software technical knowledge, this paper makes a outline design for the hotel industry revenue management and decision-making information systems, from system theory, design principles, hardware and software design, database design, disaster recovery system design, network security, performance requirements other aspects, and elaborates the implementation measures of hotel revenue management information system, and ultimately makes a relatively complete solutions for hotel revenue management information.The paper also reveals how to combine e-commerce platform and hotel revenue management system in the Internet environment,in the case of QianXun trip website which focuses on solving the problems such as data collection difficulties encountered in hotel revenue management system, the user segmentation bottlenecks and poor price publishing,and etc.Finally, the article makes a higher outlook and imagination on the prospect of revenue management information system:hotel revenue management system will be promising in the new era of environmental, and also be increasingly accepted and adopted by for the major hotels’ practitioners. On this basis, the paper considers the development direction of hotel revenue management information system will be information interoperability, and hotel revenue management theory will be more perfect, and cultivating revenue management team is also increasing.
