Analysis Of Ta Produced Quality Management

Quality management is an important component of all management, as well as the command and control activities of quality. In the whole production and operation process, enterprises need to orderly manage these aspects, such as quality, planning, labor, personnel, and equipment, financial and environment. As the company's basic mission is providing the market with products in line with requirements of customers and other stakeholders, the whole process of the implementation of quality management formed around quality of products is the main line of each organized management.With the development of science and technology, industrial products, especially some large-scale products and complex system engineering, are highly required in security, reliability. In order to adapt to this change, quality is demanded to be analyzed and studied generally, as a single organism, in the quality management requirements. In the 1950s Korean War, the U.S. military weapons'frequent failure promoted the American businesses to start a study of reliability and submit the reliability design, verification, testing methods, finally developing into an engineering of reliability.At present, there is still a large gap between China's companies and the U.S. as well as European enterprises in quality management, thus conducting a good research in the product quality management has important practical significance.TA is an electronic industry-based military enterprise; during the development process we achieved good results. But in recent years, with the company's rapid growth in production, there became a quality problem, in particular since 2004, the company's list of products has suffered from an increase of manufacturing defects causing an increase in the number of complaints from customers. Products in the repair centers and in factory rework caused an increase in direct economic losses. As the writer of this article and as the company's production quality manager, in view of the present production quality management issues and with a view to identifying methods to deal with quality problems and strengthening production. I have the goal of improving quality management to enhance TA's customer satisfaction.In this paper, with knowledge of enterprise management and SWOT analysis, the company's production quality of TA management will be discussed in four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the company. It gives description and history of the company and the description of the company's current production quality management issues.ChapterⅡprovides an overview of modern quality management. This chapter first discusses the history of the development of quality management; secondly, the ISO 9000 standards and quality management system; finally, quality management is presented.ChapterⅢ:TA's production quality management analysis. This chapter begins with conducts a description in the production quality management process analysis and production quality management process control. Secondly, it conducts SWOT analysis of the production quality of TA's internal and external environment. Finally, it puts forward the production quality strategies of TA Company.Chapter IV discusses TA Company's manufacturing quality management during the implementation of specified recommendations, given by the writer. To ensure that the production quality strategy achieves the effective implementation of strategic objectives, there are two methods under consideration:first, the implementation of quality management strategy on the factory floor; and second, the implementation of quality management strategy in the headquarters. This paper is based on the research of TA's production quality management and, hopefully, TA Company's production quality control can be improved through the author's efforts, leading to improve the competitiveness of the company's products, as well as the healthy, sustainable development of them.
