Research On The Third Party Logistics Evaluation Based On The Fahp-dea Model

With the process of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises becomes more severely to compete efficiently, more and more enterprises accept strategy of putting Non-core business out sourcing, and in order to improving their core competition. It is very important for enterprises to evaluate and select their strategic partners rightly, and it is the weakness of our enterprises.With the complex of the third party logistics, this paper take the method combinded with Qualitative and Quantitative analysis. Analyzing the key factors influencing the success of logistics outsourcing both on the supplier and demander's angle, this paper uses the research method integrating qualitative and quantitative analysis, establishes synthetic performance evaluation indicators system of the third party logistics supplier from six respects, namely basic qualities, transport ability, store ability, information level, store management ability and future development ability.First,this paper offers the AHP method to determine the weight of the indicators.It integrates theories and models,models and application researches into the model of FAHP-DEA to synthetically evaluate the performance of the third party logistics. The model integrates the merit of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), it makes the evaluation match reality for considering subjective and objective preference. It uses fuzzy method to the qualitative indicators to improve their comparativeness.At last, this paper make the Authentication to identify the Effectiveness of this model.By experimental research, verify the validity of FAHP-DEA model. As the result of the model giving, we can not only select the relative DEA effective suppliers among the list TPL suppliers, but also can analyze the inputs and outputs of the company, therefore the enterprise can select the most right third party logistics service company according to its need.
