The article gives a brief introduction of Emerson Shenyang Referisericion and its lean production management history. In order to do these analysis well, this article describes the basic theories of lean production concisely, and introduce the products and the manufacturing process of Emerson Shenyang Company. On this basis, it applies the theories of lean production to analyze the current problems in the production management of the company. The content concerns the continuously kaizen of lean and its target control problems, the problems of line's layout reasonable, the problems of equipment maintenance, the spot material supply problems, the problems for using the VSM efficiently. Through analyze above problems, we found the impact of production management:A) Lean kaizen is not consistently, have not set up target follow up system and some target almost lost control. B) The layout of production line is not reasonable, production is not balance and there are so many wastes of workforce and wastes of waiting. C) Lack management method of equipment maintenance and the increased breakdown impacted the delivery time. D) Process design is not reasonable, this lead to long cycle time and long distance for material moving, moving wastes and workforce wastes and also impact production line balance.For solving these problems, according to basic theories and methods of lean production, we find the solution and make some pertinence strategies. By set up management structure and figure the enterprise culture of lean to retain the kaizen harvest and to keep the lean management continuously. By improve production line layout to decrease cycle time, workforce and workplace area and to keep production balance. By adopt equipment maintenance system to implement OPM and MPM efficiently and to raise OEE. By change material flow and build material marketing to decrease moving wastes and create conditions for lean production implementing well. To think of the whole value stream of production, follow the step below:draw current VSM, find kaizen spot, take action and draw future VSM for balancing cycle time of each line, eliminate bottleneck, decrease inventory and shorten finish good delivery time.
