With the economic globalization and regional economic integration, economic integration between countries is strong increasingly.Trade in a country's national economy played a pivotal role. through the production of foreign trade they can not only play its own advantages, achieve over profits and benefit from economies of scale, but also they can make the full use of the international division of labor, to promote the development of production.The foreign trade sector lead the development of relevant economic sectors, optimizie industrial structure and finally promote the realization of the macroeconomic equilibrium. In a country rate of exchange is a ratio or price when a currency convert into another currency.It is a comprehensive index in international economic activities. It plays the role of price transformation in international finance and international trade activitivities.It is a bridge between international price of and domestic price,. rate of exchange plays a decisive role in relative prices conversion of the goods and services.We can see the importantce of rate of exange.Therefore, rate of exchange and international balance become the main problem in international financial field research, It also affect the competitive ability of export commodities and sales market and the direct effect will lead to the loss of import and export trade , balance of international payments or not , we can see the importance of exchange rate for a national economic development and stability.In recent years, China's economy as one of the active member in the world economy, integrate with the world economy in high degree, accumulated the massive foreign exchange reserves, expanded trade surplus, allowing the yuan to appreciate faced huge pressure from July 21, 2005 RMB exchange rate reform, China began to implement based on market supply and demand, with reference to a basket of currencies, a managed floating exchange rate system, the RMB appreciation effects on China's economic development and economic relations with foreign countries, this is an important topic of exchange rate system reform of our country's future is bound to import and export trade and a far-reaching impact.
