With the Internet of things becoming another wave of information after the Internet, RFID, one of basis technology for the Internet of things, is the market's focus. RFID is a non-contact automatic identification technology, which through the radio frequency signal, automatically identify the object and get the data, It is one of the best technology of electronic goods. After years of development of RFID application industry, the various applications and pilot appear constantly. Facing the rapid growth of the market demand, it is challenge which China's RFID business to seize the opportunity to continue to grow.FTD, Inc. is an RFID high-tech small and medium enterprises, has some of RFID patents and the technology advantage. After several years of development, there are many problems of marketing system of FTD. In this paper, RFID and the Internet of things is described of emergence, development history and trends. By analyzing the problem about FTD company in market, this paper gives a reasonable market system for company in order to solve the problem.This paper is composed of six parts, the first part introduced the problems about FTD company. The second part gives an overview of RFID and Internet of things and RFID's trend. The third part focused on analyzing the FTD's marketing environment. The four part is the STP analysis of FTD's products. Through market environment analysis and STP analysis, it identify problem causes. The five part describes the 4P strategy, propose solutions to the problem. The six part is this paper's conclusions and further recommendations.Based on the actual situation, marketing related theory, this paper analysis the marketing problems about a small high-tech enterprises in the growth stage, put forward specific measures to solve practical problems for enterprises . This provide a reference to promote the healthy development of RFID's small and medium enterprises also.
