In the opening pattern of knowledge economy and global economic integration, enterprises can access more resources but face fiercer competitions. Since the 90s, instead of forming market competition advantages using methods like financial means, plan control, industry chain organization and regulation, and diversification strategy, many international enterprises have put more emphasis on coordinating related interest units, strengthening the capacity of effectively integrating and reasonable planning inside and outside resources, in order to seek a lasting competition advantage to adapt swiftly to market changes.Synergetic was formally put forward by Professor HermannĀ·Harken in the 70s in last century. Its research objects were how different systems developed some stability through self-organization and how did synergic competition, adjustment and conflicts form among self-organizations. This dissertation tries to do further researches on constructing synergy marketing platform based on synergy theory, and design an integrated system including the whole procedure of strategies choosing, tactics designing and implementing, to provide references for enterprises in information sharing, resources optimized combination and reasonable configuration, and core competitiveness construction and cultivation.This dissertation firstly expatiates on the research background and significance of Synergy Marketing, and identifies the research framework and methods. Then it briefly describes related theories of the thesis, introduces internal and external situations of a company, and fully analyzes its state of resources, competitiveness, STP and SWOT. Based on the proposition of the design guideline and principle of synergy marketing platform, we study a synergetic-based marketing platform which includes"One Network, Two Wings, Three Platforms"(Information Sharing Network; Government and Policy Wings; Internal, Scientific Research and Industry Synergy Platforms), and depicts the contents, characteristics and related factors in detail. Furthermore, to ensure the success of implementation of the synergy marketing platform, it maps out new strategies like platform operation, cooperation partner, operation guarantee and innovation, therefore, the model of synergy marketing platform of a Company is established.
