China Mobile wireless music developed rapidly since its introduction, at present though initially formed the industrial chain, but all of the main chain are anxious to establish their own brands and compete for more users. Experience has shown that the success in the mobile music category is not a technical problem, but innovation and customer value chain result of innovation. Wireless music search service providers only to recognize their position in the value chain, Only focusing on the location of the user the value of innovation, then it have a chance of success.The Unison company is the leading telecommunications service provider market, one specializes in providing natural language-based vertical search service, the company efforts to develop with the market potential for mobile wireless music search products, and continued to maintain a leading position. This paper will introduce wireless music, wireless music search business and value chain analysis of the Unison's starting position in the market to explore the success or failure of the current Unison's business reasons, and then with the Unison company's status and operations of the design of new business models and corresponding appropriate implementation strategies, and related strategies into a variety of implementation measures.For this paper the context of 3G, guiding the wireless music industry related services to manufacturers on how to complete the strategic transformation to achieve healthy development also has a strong practical reference value...
