It use flowing pictures and nice voice as the carrier. Through montage artistic, the concept and emotional of Chinese public service ads are demonstrated Intuitively. Chinese TV public service plays a good role in promoting the public interest of public, Promoting good social ethics, Promoting harmonious ecological environment.As an art form, truth, goodness and beauty are element of the basic aesthetics of Chinese television public service ads.
