Yellow River Delta Wetland Ecosystem Service Value Based On Cvm Assessment Study

Wetland is a kind of ecosystem which formed by the interaction between water and land with variety of functions and values, is one of the most important living environment of mankind and the richest bio-diversity natural landscape, and is indispensable resources for human.The area of Yellow River Delta wetland is very big. Yellow River Delta wetland is one of the most bio-diversity region with several type of wetland and complex structure. The wetland ecosystem services have public goods characteristic and bring the external economy, so we can use contingent valuation method (CVM) turn the value of ecosystem services into the willingness to pay (WTP) to assess its functional value. Estimating ecosystem service of the Yellow River Delta wetland can service for wetland management and environmental protection, provide the basis for local economic development and resource conservation and is an important means of promoting sustainable economic and social development.In China's overall economic territory, the Yellow River Delta is an important component of Bohai economic circle, which can transit the economic development from Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta industries to north of China. Yellow River Delta need to receive economic radiation of Tianjin Binhai New Area, expand economic exchange and co-operation, and concentrate factors of production, attract very kind of investment and accelerate strategic development opportunities. This article revolves around the theme of "evaluation of Yellow River Delta wetland ecosystem services," studied and discussed the theory, methods and practice of the assessment. According to Costanza, Daily and others on the definition of ecosystem services and functions, the classification of ecosystem services of Yellow River Delta wetland can be divided into four types:provision service, regulating service, cultural service, supporting service, including various functional value:physical production function, climate regulation function, provide water features, Flood water, degradation of pollutants function, biological habitat function, biological diversity function (genetic resources), education and scientific research function, tourism and recreational functions. Based on CVM case studies at home and abroad, design survey questionnaire of Yellow River Delta wetland environment. The research object of study is a part of Yellow River delta in Dongying city, the scope of investigation includeing two areas and three counties of Dongying City, including 24 towns which contain 44 villages. A total of 915 questionnaires were sent out and 905 valid surveys were collected.sent out questionnaires,915 were recovered 905 valid questionnaires. After statistical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn. First, we calculate that Yellow River Delta residents' average WTP (willingness to pay) is from 121.3 to 200.22 yuan RMB per household every year. Second, the interviewee's age, household income level, education and the household register have remarkable influence on their payment. Willingness to pay is inversely proportional to the number and age, and is proportional to level of education and family income. According to actual problems and statistical results in the process of interview, we put forward feasible suggestions about resource development and environmental protection of Yellow River Delta wetland.
