Based On The W's Knowledge Management Of The Rup Development Methodology

With the advent of knowledge economy, the theory of knowledge management abroad is in wide and rapid development. Knowledge management as a core management philosophy is important in various areas of social economy. Knowledge management implemented in the software process development is recognized by major well-known software enterprises. Moreover, most of experts think it plays the key role in improving software development efficiency, promoting developers'overall quality and enhancing core competitiveness of software enterprises. Knowledge management of software process development has important meaning for software companies to achieve value and knowledge flows closely integrated with the software process development.In this paper, by use of management science, knowledge management and software development theory, the author treats the entire software development process as a process with knowledge precipitation, knowledge sharing, knowledge learning, knowledge application and knowledge innovation. We also analyze and research the software process in the knowledge management issues systematically.First, according to the division of RUP workflow, the author analyzes the different features of the five stages of knowledge management methods and theory and research in difficulties, knowledge flow and the entire process development of knowledge management software. Based on the above analysis, the author studies the key factors of the software process development in knowledge management, including technical, cultural and organizational factors. All factors were analyzed in the role of the software process development. Finally, the author locates the actual situation of the team to further promote the management of the three elements from each to talk about our practice, and do a preliminary analysis.
