With the rapid economic development, fiscal revenue is up to 6.13 trillion in 2008, so how its proper use has become the focus of widespread concern, the attendant community concern about the transparency. Due to the impact of historical and traditional systems, our government budget is less transparent. In fact, the information generated in the process of public activities is a public resource, and is an important prerequisite for public to understand the situation of government work. The modern state often have information disclosure that except those involving state public safety from public information, government should take all information to the public.This paper includes six parts, in accordance with the logic of "to ask questions-analysis of the problem-to solve the problem", using combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, trying to find out the main problems and causes, and provide some ideas and suggestions.Chapter I, Introduction; Chapter II, which describes the significance of transparency in our government budget; Chapter III, China's current situation of the government budget transparency; Chapter IV, to improve the transparency of our government budget faces many problems, and analysis causes. Chapter V, this chapter introduces the experience of government budget transparency in developed country, such as Europe and the United States; Chapter VI, to improve the transparency of our government budget:Based on China's national conditions thinking. This chapter focuses primarily on how to improve the transparency of the government budget.
