Supply System Of Yunnan Province, The County Environmental Health Research

County environment is the important component of public health, which can create good living environment and ensure the sustainable development of counties. Although the construction of country environmental public supply system starts late, it develops rapidly in recent years. Yunnan Provincial Commission and Yunnan Provincial Government make plans for completing life garbage treatment facilities and the removal and transportation systems of the 129 counties in Yunnan province from 2008 to 2010. In the five years we must achieve the goal of "five-year full-coverage". It is a rare development opportunity for country environmental public supply system.In this paper, the author sums up the problems and features of country environmental public supply system on the basis of the current situation. And then the author takes Yao'an County for empirical study in order to find out the reasons of the problem. The author thinks that it must set up government investment mechanism for country environmental public supply system which can guarantee the steady growth of investment. Finally in order to seek the policies and approaches of country environmental public supply system, the author comes up with market-oriented programs which guide the cooperation between the government and the market.
