With the continuous improvement of our national living standard,the consumption level is constantly improving,people pay more attention to the health and nutrition of diet,and dairy products become their favorite food.However,the "sanlu poisoned milk powder" scandal in 2008 has raised doubts about the quality and safety of dairy products,and they no longer trust domestic brands and turn their eyes to foreign brands.Many foreign brands are also taking advantage of this opportunity to flood into China's dairy market,which makes the competition in China's dairy market more intense.Mengniu dairy group is the leader of dairy products in the market,focus on research and development and production for the Chinese dairy products,from the company since its inception,continuously expand,but after 2008,the development of also affected by the "sanlu milk powder" incident,plus foreign brands extrusion of the market,the competitiveness of the enterprises have fallen.Through continuous exploration,many enterprise managers have found that a reasonable and effective performance evaluation system can be an effective tool for enterprises to achieve strategic goals and improve their competitiveness.Therefore,this article through the analysis of the several times of mengniu dairy group,the current existing problems in the evaluation system,designed for the more comprehensive performance evaluation system,a more effective evaluation of enterprise performance.First,this paper summarized the situation of the development of the dairy market,and the meaning of building excellence performance evaluation system,through reading literature,combing the domestic and foreign scholars on the research status of excellence performance evaluation system.This paper introduces the concept of enterprise performance evaluation and excellent performance evaluation system.Then,the basic situation of the mengniu dairy group,and introduces its organization structure,and analyze the current performance evaluation system of enterprise: the balanced scorecard,the analysis showed that exist in the current performance evaluation system is not comprehensive,not considering the problem of sustainable development,on the analysis of the mengniu dairy group,the necessity of the implementation of excellent performance evaluation system.In the end,the paper builds an excellent performance evaluation system for mengniu dairy group.This performance evaluation system involves leadership,strategy,customer and market,resources,process management,measurement,improvement and analysis,and results in seven major aspects.In this paper,the performance level of mengniu dairy group is evaluated based on the system of excellent performance evaluation.Discover to there is profit ability is not good enough mengniu dairy group,and absence of problems,and the contrast between industry according to these two issues,from improving corporate profitability,and sets up the enterprise two aspects,benchmarking recommendations,hope can improve the operating performance of companies.
