County Industrial Linkage Path Study

Over the years, the status of the three industries dissevered restricts and prevents the development of regional economy. In the new situation of urban and rural co-ordination, the development of industrial linkage is particularly essential. The purpose of this paper is to explore the methods of the county industrial linkage; to guide the county industrial linkage and enhance the overall competitiveness of industry.In theory, the industrial linkage conformed to upgrade industrial structure and the internal laws of coordinated regional development, strengthening the industrial divisions and cooperation, making the industrial complementary advantages come true. From a practical point of view, industrial linkage is under the guidance of the government, using market-based methods to deploy limited resources among the three industries, so that key industries, other industries, the healthy region's economic development within the region are taken into account.The Jialing area of Nanchong was originally a traditional agricultural area .In recent years, In order to coordinate with the strategic of building Sichuan Northeast Regional Center in Nanchong. The Jialing area put forward the propose of building emerging economies of Sichuan Northeast, so it strongly implements the strategy of Industrial Area and industrial develops faster. Meanwhile, the tertiary industry develops fast with catering services, logistics industry and the Sightseeing Agriculture in Fengya Mountain. The paper will be useful to industrial linkage because the characteristics of industrial transformation is typical in the county economy.This paper analyses deeply sericulture industry, pig industry, automobile and parts industry of Nanchong Jialing area through research, statistical analysis and case analysis .The conclusion is: 1.In the increasing total level of GDP composition of Jialing area, the three industries keep pace with the GDP growth trend, and the output of three industries showed a positive correlation effect to the input. Although there are many problems such as the irrational structure, weak correlation, small-scale business, weak competitiveness, Low technology in the three industries, and also the three industries develop uneven, the mutual forward linkage exists between the three industries. 2.There are two paths to achieve industrial linkage in Jialing area of Nanchong, one is an extension and penetration of the industrial value chain , it can make all aspects of the industrial chain maximize the value and use the geographical natural resources, Second, industrial clustering effect can lead to linkage of industry, the upper reaches ,the middle reaches and lower reaches, to strengthen linkages and complementarities within the industry.The research of two paths of industrial linkage in Jialing area of Nanchong plays an important role if it is extended to the county economy of industrial development, As an example, it can promote industrial linkage of Other county and improve overall competitiveness of industry.This paper studies deeply the paths of industrial linkage of Jialing area of Nanchong through both qualitative and quantitative methods. The innovations of this paper are using the last two methods.
