How to overcome these obstacles such as company base management, technology , quality management and carry out its operating target better is the problem to be resolved now.This paper combines GCE Company's operating situation with author's knowledge about enterprise management and marketing, and researches the GCE's operating strategies, its structure composes of five sections.
