Facing an increasingly competitive market, Chinese telecom companies must invest more resources in the game. While under pressure, CDDX in external markets have invested a great deal of energy, and on the company's management has been neglected. Due to internal customers-staff needs and difficulties without adequate attention, causing staff satisfaction, directly related to the quality of the company decreased. This article considers the application of marketing theory, implementation of internal marketing can effectively address these issues, to help enterprises improve competitiveness.In this paper, CDDX as the research object, text drawing on related research, based on the theory of internal marketing by analyzing and sorting out right CDDX the company's actual situation is analyzed. In this paper, through the study of internal marketing theory, put forward CDDX internal market necessity and feasibility of internal marketing. On this basis, this article by CDDX internal market research and analysis, against the company within the STP marketing, opinion that the company should now be the goal of internal marketing segments; and then combine 4P, 4C, 4R and project marketing, and many other made with the company's actual internal marketing strategy(It has four parts:to contact with customer,to make the reaction fast,to make the work easier,reward); then make "business development", "complaints handling" and "broadband safeguard" the three key business processes as example, make the ideas and results based on the concept of internal marketing Business Process Optimization.The preparation of this article is not only to solve the problems faced by the CDDX currently, but also an attempt to provide reference by the research of CDDX, for the same type of enterprises, especially the Chinese telecom enterprise's internal marketing activities.
