The paper focus on the strategy research of Manulife Corp., Ltd. With more than a century of service, Manulife Hong Kong has established an outstanding reputation for its comprehensive service, innovative product development and an extensive professional distribution network. Our strength has been built on our vision to be the premier provider of financial protection and wealth management services. Manulife Hong Kong plays more and more important role in the Hong Kong economic development. Under the new condition of global ecomomy development, the strategy research of Manulife is an important job.The paper is divided by six parts. The first part is foreword. The second part introduces the history of insurance industry and the situation of the insurance industry in Hong Kong. The third part analyses the strategy situation of insurance industry in Hong Kong. The fourth part is the SWOT analysis about the total marketing resource and ability of Manulife Hong Kong. The fifth part is the analysis of strategy combination of Manulife Hong Kong. The last part gives the suggestion of the marketing combination for local insurance supplers.
