By reviewing theories on incentives for merger and acquisition as well as target choice, this paper mainly discusses about a special group of sellers in the M&A process who play an active role in selling themselves. On the other hand, the paper also talks on the comparison of these active sellers and unseen champions in the area of corporation strategy and culture. China nowadays is in the progress of fast developing and along with it, a variety of M&A are happening here and there. As a result, research on M&A is essential to the development of economy and enterprises. In order to optimize the allocation of market resources and improve environment operational efficiency, companies should set suitable and correct strategy for development. With the development of companies which are of small and medium scale, their strategy for development become more and more important to the economy of China as well. This paper also provides another path for development for these companies. Whether to sell or to be an unseen champion depends on the real situation of the company itself. In this way, corporations can be well developed in the future and also in today's environment.
