Analysis And Control, Project-based Supply Chain Transaction Costs

The research on transaction cost in construction project is one of the most important topics of research on construction in recent years. The construction industry as a pillar industry of our national economy, for a long time, corporate cut-throat competition, efficiency decline, resource allocation inefficiencies, high transaction costs, industry profit margins generally low. The supply chain management originates from the manufacture industry, because it would reduce transaction costs, and promote credit cooperation among participants, and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the supply chain management gradually became focus in the construction industry.Firstly, based on the research related to supply chain and transaction costs theory, this paper summarized the meanings of the construction project supply chain management and transaction costs, and compared the traditional project management models with the supply chain management model, to discusses the construction project supply chain management features.Secondly, this paper studied the types and reasons of project transaction cost from the transaction costs economics; By applying supply chain management, combined empirical analysis and theoretical analysis with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the construction project transaction costs in the supply chain management, presented that construction project in the supply chain management helped reduce transaction costs.Thirdly, by adopting the game theory, studied the formation of credit and corporation relations in the project supply chain management. Concluded that by repeating the game can reduce transaction costs and achieve individual rationality and the whole reason the "win-win" situation.Finally, according to the current situation of China's construction industry, the study proposed the control mechanism from macro and micro aspects to control construction project transaction costs in the supply chain management, in the hope of improving the profit level and the performance of the whole construction industry, to promoting China construction sustainable development.
