With the rapid development and increasingly enlarging overall output of China's economy, small and medium private-owned enterprises have become one of the most important economic strengths of our country. As a typical small and medium private-owned manufacturing firm, Hunan Tianjian Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd faces the same problem that bothers many firms in this line of business, namely, low level of management and draggling methods of achievements administration. Ineffective management model and assessment means will restrict the structural efficiency and productivity of the organization when it develops to a certain scale. Therefore, it has become an important topic that is how to establish the effective, suitable and scientific inspection system, how to improve the achievement level, and how to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises.This article has utilized performance management, evaluation theory and the achievements inspection, adopted method which the fundamental research and the empirical study unify, analyzed the company staff achievements inspection system present situation in Hunan Tianjian Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. Through the questionnaire survey, understood the flaws and questions on inspection goal, communication process, result utilization as well as feedback appeal exists of the present achievements inspection system. This article analyzes the reason which is lacking the complete clear strategic target, unstable staff troop, low welfare salary level and intermediate deck inspection flaw of the company.Based on the summary existing inspection system's foundation, this article makes the adjustment of the existing staff achievements inspection system and provide the solution. Proposed the third-level KPI target inspection plan, the incentive mechanism superior design proposal,the superior utilized result plan, the article has established the achievements flow management system, the team achievements inspection system and so on.By this adjustment plan,the staff of the company can work with enthusiasm, creativity, enthusiasm and the sense of responsibility.,they will create the more achievements for the company.
