With the rapid development of the global economy, many enterprises have already completed the original accumulation of capital and resources to optimize the integration. In the meantime, the information age makes the company more and more social influence to promote the enterprise into a "social citizenship" of the role of the change, this transformation has become a company's future competitiveness, brand influence, the company's image an important means of competition. Thus, in today's business competition and the changing role of the socialization process, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has gradually become a social system to the enterprise as a whole to determine the important standards and generally accepted indicators. The research that how to break the inherent business philosophy to build corporate social responsibility system for enterprises in order to improve their social responsibility to cultivate and promote corporate social responsibility more competitive, which is very important in the times.This article first corporate social responsibility for the hot spot, introduced the background and significance of this study put forward the issue of social responsibility focus of the study, and gives this research method to be adopted, technical route. Secondly, this paper literature review methods, the theory of corporate social responsibility, stakeholder theory, methods and documentation is reviewed and summarized, and the historical evolution of corporate social responsibility were analyzed and summarized. Through theoretical retrospective analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of existing research, this study provides a theoretical basis for this study. Again, in order to Northwestern University, Logistics Group, for example, was designed based on stakeholder theory of two-dimensional matrix index system, described the establishment of the Logistics Group's evaluation system for the background of social responsibility, meaning, principles and procedures and ultimately the basis of theoretical and practical features of literature to determine Logistics Group of the evaluation system of indicators of social responsibility. Fourth, through interviews with stakeholders, a questionnaire survey methodology, the rating on the interests of those who collected the data using statistical methods to the Logistics Group stakeholders of corporate social responsibility issues and problems in empirical analysis. Finally, the use of theoretical and empirical results for the corporate social responsibility, put forward a six-stakeholder-focused corporate social responsibility, improve proposals and response to these proposals from both internal and external governance of corporate social responsibility mechanisms and countermeasures. This study has the following three innovation points. First, the study sample was college logistics industry groups, the sample is more research in the social responsibility of the special nature of typicality; secondly, through the literature review and case analysis of the current lack of corporate social responsibility for the content and dimensions of the singularity; Finally, the use of empirical analysis, the scientific solution to the system to build corporate social responsibility issues, form a rational and reliable conclusions of the study.
