Since 1997, Thailand's financial crisis, Thailand had adopted a number of economic reform measures to improve the economic stability and restore the financial sector and stimulate trade. Thailand-China free trade area open for the Thai government is a very important trade policy; its development of Thai-Chinese bilateral trade has played a significant stimulating effect.Thailand-China FTA on Thailand for both parties have a positive and adverse effects, through a number of private and public sector enterprises and sectors of the sample interview research, I knew a number of Thailand-China free trade area with the relevant information, this paper studied the FTA on Thailand's agricultural, industrial sectors, as well as the impact and in the paper suggested a solution to these problems and recommendations.Full-text structure:Part 1:Introduction paper mainly introduces a free trade area between China and Thailand, research background and research significance.Part 2:focuses on the relevant international trade theory and Thailand's international trade policy, including the development trade relations between China and Thailand, competitive analysis of Thailand.Part 3:Thailand Free Trade Agreement, focuses on the steps of free trade between Thailand and China, including define trade liberalization and Form of reduction of tax/ cancel tax, the advantages-disadvantages of opening free trade Thailand-China, and the suitability of the opening of Thailand's liberalization trade with China.Part 4:The analysis of the impact for Thailand-China free trade area, focus on introducing the impact of FTA that have an affect agricultural and industrial sector, the adaptation of the agriculture and industrial sector.Part 5:Summary papers.
