Providing custom-oriented tailored products is the key for the enterprises to satisfy diversified individual requirements in severe market competition. The author takes Aero Sun Statue Co. as example to analyze its management bottleneck and business requirements and then proposes solution based on ORACLE ERP systematic function.The author also points out that the proactive application scheme cannot go in a step. The solution should be compatible with enterprise operation status and management requirements in stead of simply implementing of software management and systematic functions. The satisfaction of enterprises'individual requirements is critical for fast application and implementation of ERP. The solution shall not only satisfy current requirements, but also be able to be expanded with the development of the enterprises.
