China's Mobile Phone Industry Supply Chain Risk Management Study

After 10 years of development, China mobile phone industry has matured. For mobile phone manufacturers it is more and more difficult to predict the market, and the plans change more frequently, so the transaction cycles to various suppliers get shorter, and can't satisfy quickly change demand of consumers, for long it has created a vicious circle, and at the meanwhile it makes the operation of the mobile phone industry on a low level. Compare with the past mode of supply, the accurate prediction scheme efficient supply chain system has not adapted mobile phone industries, only to establish a supply chain that timely reflect to the market, it can gain advantage in the future. To improve the efficiency of the entire mobile phone industry, the mobile phone industry supply chain management has become more urgent and important. Therefore, do research on the risk of mobile phone industry supply chain has important theoretical and practical value.This article intends to combine mobile phone industry development status and supply chain risk management theories , trying to set up the framework of the theory and methods of mobile phone industry supply chain risk management, and combine risk management theory knowledge and mobile phone industry supply chain harmoniously , proposing indicators, models and methods of mobile phone industry supply chain risk management and establish a supply chain risk management mechanisms and risk control mechanism.The main contents of this paper: firstly analyze the background of mobile phone industry, and propose the necessity and significance to use industry supply chain risk management for company in mobile phone industry supply chain, described the current Status and problems of mobile phone industry supply chain and various supply chain risk management. Then, combine mobile phone industry development status and supply chain risk management theories, analysis the characteristics of mobile phone industry supply chain and the challenges faced, and also analysis mobile phone industry supply chain risk from the perspective of distribution. Secondly , on the base of the analysis of the sources of risk and factors, through the Delphi method to determine the mobile phone industry supply chain risk identification. After the comprehensive analysis of mobile phone industry risk factors, establish the mobile phone industry supply chain risk assessment model that based on the blind number theory and fuzzy mathematics, then for M company as an example to verify the model feasibility and effectiveness. This provides a powerful tool to mobile phone industry supply chain risk evaluation. Finally, through risk management, risk control, to determine mobile phone industry supply chain analysis and management methods.
