Non-listed Companies In China Share Transfer Market

Chinese non-listed companies have made inestimable contribution on China's economic development, but in the course of its development, it still has a lot of problems, difficulty in shareholding transfer, slow pace in development. At present, China property and intellectual property exchange market, stock transfer agent system and the equity exchange market are the mainly market for transferring non-listed companies'equity. With the construction of Shanghai international hub, the establishment of the non-listed companies stock transfer market has also been put into agenda. This paper mainly studies those markets and identifies the problems from its development status, and put forward relevant recommendations on these issues.Firstly, we summarize the non-listed companies share transfer theories in home and aboard. Secondly, we analyze the constitution and characteristic of these markets, and also we discuss the share transfer market of the Anglo-American and other developed countries, and then draw some inspiration on the basis. Thirdly, we discuss the background and the current situation of china property and intellectual property exchange market, stock transfer agent system and the equity exchange market, especially focusing on the non-listed companies stock transfer market in Shanghai, and then make some comparison of these markets. Fourthly, we make some research on the path of the non-listed companies market. The transfer agent system will develop to a national OTC market and China's property market will be integrating into regional OTC market, and also we study non-listed companies in the future development trend of the share transfer market. At the end of this article, we discuss the problems between the various markets and give some suggestions to solve them.
