In recent years, the demand for entertainment of people are constantly expanding, leisure and tourism has become the main form of tourism. Tourism entertainment is the major carrier of a response to demand for recreational tourism, enhance tourist attraction, and improve the level of consumption. When leisure becomes the trends of tourism, tourism entertainment plays an important role in the development of tourism. "State Council on accelerating the views of the development of tourism" provides an important condition for the combination development of tourism and cultural industries, and the integration development of tourism and cultural industries, gives birth to the prosperity of the market situation of tourism entertainment. As a competitive industry, tourism entertainment needs a large amount of funding and resource, and is face with fierce market competition; it has very important significance for the promotion of the development of tourism entertainment to in-depth study about the competitiveness of tourism entertainment enterprise.This article will apply value chain theory to tourism entertainment, an emerging industry, try to find the ways and means of increasing the core competitiveness of tourist entertainment enterprise. Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of the use of value chain theory to study the core competitiveness of tourism entertainment enterprises, and describes related theories about value chain and the core competitiveness of enterprise, builds a theoretical framework of this study. Then, based on the theory of value chain, combined with the characteristics of tourism entertainment enterprises and the development status of tourism entertainment, analysis the basic activities and support activities of tourist entertainment enterprises, and combined with a smile curve of the value chain, to build a value chain system of tourism entertainment business. Then, based on the theory of Porter's diamond model, build the competitiveness model of the tourism entertainment business, combined with value chain and competitiveness model of enterprise of tourism enterprises, to build a dynamic core competitiveness model of tourism entertainment enterprises. And case studies about building the core competitiveness of tourism entertainment enterprise, select a representative success stories "Cosmic Voyage", based on the analysis of the value chain, further analysis of its core competencies. In the above analysis, from the point of view of value chain optimization, from two levels about the enterprises themselves and the government, to propose ways and methods to enhance the core competitiveness of tourism entertainment business.This article attempts to address the issue about from the perspective of the value chain to enhance the core competitiveness of tourism entertainment enterprises and conducts a systematic, comprehensive analysis and study, so as to provide reference for building the core competitiveness of tourism entertainment enterprises, and to promote the sustainable development of tourism entertainment industry.
