Beijing Closed Supply Chain Management Of Agricultural Products Logistics Model

Beijing is a metropolis of agricultural product consumption, increasing demand for agricultural product. In recent years, Beijing initially formed a modern agricultural logistics network based on professional wholesale market of agricultural product, logistics and distribution center, supermarket, store, etc. However, with the rapid development of Beijing's socio-economic and the changes in the consumption way, the consumers'demand for agricultural product showing characteristics of diverse, personalized, fresh and harmless, it requires to develop new agricultural product logistics model, provide various, safe and reliable agricultural product timely, form a virtuous cycle of materials, reduce pollution, protect the environment, which has put forward higher requirements for agricultural product supply chain management.Based on related theory of agricultural product closed supply chain, the article analyzed development status of Beijing agricultural product logistics and logistics model, proposed to build a core enterprise-oriented agricultural product closed supply chain logistics model. The core enterprise is responsible for organizing and coordinating the entire closed supply chain, developing supply chain access standards and the closed supply chain process specifications, the core enterprise should meet with partners regularly to explore cooperation in the supply chain, establish operating mechanism of benefit-sharing, risk-sharing. At present, the agricultural product logistics subjects that may develop to core enterprise are: large-scale agricultural product wholesale market operators, large-scale agricultural product processing enterprises, the distribution centers of chain supermarkets. " Agricultural product closed supply chain " in China is still a relatively new field of research, this paper attempts to put closed supply chain management into agricultural product logistics model, proposed to build a core enterprise-oriented agricultural product logistics model, aimed at enhancing the quality and safety standards of Beijing agricultural products, reducing logistics costs, improving logistics efficiency and effectiveness.
