The Status Of The Heilongjiang And South Korea Trade And Economic Relations, Research, And Development Trends

21 century will be more opening. Globalization and collectivison have become the two trends of the world development. There are much relation and the same culture between China and South Korea. China and South Korea share the similar culture, inextricably linked since ancient times.Since China established diplomatic relation with South Korea in 1992,the relationship between the two countries is have mushroomed ,such as the cooperation in politics,economy culture and diplomacy, especially in economic cooperation .Since Heilongjiang Province set up economic cooperation with the South Korea, the cooperation has developed highly. for about more than 10 years,with its born advantages, such as the geography natural resources and relative, Heilongjiang province will promote the economic development with South Korea ,By comparison to the well developed areas, such as Shandong peninsula, the economic cooperation between Heilongjiang and South Korea is lagging behind the Shandong peninsula. However, there will be a new situation of the bilateral corporation with the new schedule of Heilongjiang and South Korea.Under this background ,my paper is researching the present situation,problems and measures of the economic cooperation between Heilongjiang province and South Korea .There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction. This part presents the background,meaning and the main content of the essay.The second part is the practical and theoretical basis .the first section is the theory of trade which is basis of the trade development between Heilongjiang province and South Korea. The second section is the international direct investment theory which is the reference of the investment of South Korea to Heilongjiang in the future. The third part mainly analyses the microscopical circumstance and basic conditions, which are the Realistic basis of the following research. From the angle of economic globalization, district integration and the economic cooperation of northeast Asia, this section explored the external environment of economic cooperation between Heilongjiang and South Korea .Exploring the advantage of the trade cooperation between Heilongjiang of South Korea from the stance of revitalize the old industrial bases in northeast China and the industry transfer to outboard from South Korea .Heilongjiang province has its own advantages of geography,natural resources,popularity,and talent etc. These advantages are good for economic cooperation between Heilongjiang and South Korea. However, since the backward economy of Heilongjiang, there are many difficulties and pressure to enlarge the bilateral economic cooperation.The forth part analysis the present situation,Characteristics and problems of the economic cooperation between Heilongjiang and South Korea . It can be divided three aspects, the First section mainly analysis the present situation of the trade and investment between Heilongjiang and South Korea. The second section addresses the questions about economic cooperation. The last section research the reason which affect the economic cooperation.The last part is the key part of the thesis. It prospects the developing trend of economic cooperation between Heilongjiang and South Korea, and brings up some measures. On the basis of whole trend, it prospects the outlook of trade and investment .At last, it submits some suggestions about how to lift the volume of trade and attract the investment from South Korea.
