In the process of the economic globalization and the agricultural marketization, the competition of farm produce market is from the lay of farm produce and the corporation to the lay of the agriculture chain. The value creation of agricultural chain is depends on the sharing of value chain that is formed from the integrated operation of agriculture chain. So, in this environment, it is important to paying more attention to the farmer's benefit and finds a solution to the question how the farmers share the benefit with others. According to the analyses above, this paper studies the interest coordination mechanism of agricultural chain.This paper sets up the estimated methods and standards of the function of the agriculture chain coordination mechanism. The standards are efficiency harmonious degree and equal harmonious degree. We chose the typical industrial chain of Hunan province to make an empirical study, and analysis the interests of the agriculture chain members, by using methods of the qualitative description and the quantitative analysis. According to the above analysis, the result is that the agriculture chain of Hunan province is weak coordination, and this state will continue.From the point of view of system, we propose a system frame of coordination mechanism. In order to answer the questions, which are who can coordinate, coordination of what, how coordinated, we propose the subject, object, instrument and fashion of coordination, according the principle and target of the interest coordination mechanism. Then it formed the model of agricultural chain interest coordination mechanism. Through the circulation pattern of "interests expressing—interests sharing—interests coordinating—interests equilibrium", the model can achieve the interest equilibrium of the agriculture chain.In order to safeguard the agricultural chain interest coordination mechanism can circulate well, series of politics and measures are emphasized. Work out the regulation about agricultural chain; strengthen the trains of the technology and education, improve farmers' science and technology quality; found the farmers cooperation association with the support of property right, improve the position of the farmers; set up the agricultural chain harmonizing organization, supply a flat for harmonizing the interests of the agriculture chain members; build the early warning system of the agricultural chain, track and predict the trends of the agricultural chain.
