Along with the fourth national telecommunications system, the former China Netcom and China Unicom have been the original integration restructuring, as China Unicom and China Netcom, the two operators have different backgrounds and the development process of development, in the re-integration of the two sides not only to achieve business integration, institutional integration, the integration of staff and, more importantly, to achieve the integration of corporate culture, and create a harmonious, progressive, a new corporate culture to better address the deep-rooted contradictions, and achieved overall strength of enterprise continued to increase.
