In recent years,people of different fields have accepted and paid attention to thehuge function of the broadband technique that promotes the economy sustainabledevelopment.Pushed by the broadband technique,many new kinds of informationservices that aim to improve the enterprise and social information degree come intobeing.At the same time,this new technique combining the digit and phoneticstogether is quickly confusing the distinction of traditional enterprises.Besidesproviding the basic telecom service,broadbandtechniqueispromotingdistanceeducation,telemedicine,el ectronicagriculture,electronic government affairs,electronic business and information safety.All these services not only improvepeople's living conditions but also indicate an invaluable market.Since 2002,the broadband industry in china has gained a sustainable and higherdeveloping speed.Peoples better understanding of broadband service,the higherquality market structure,the low construction cost and the ripe technique createwonderful conditions for the development of broadband business.This thesis mainly studies the Huhehot CHINAUNICOM broadband business development and marketing strategy,using the method of combining the theory with practice,foundedon the actual investigation of enterprise.It integrates the utilization of the relatedmanagement theory like strategy management theory etc.Firstly,the thesissummarizes the development situation of broadband business market in China and thewhole word,and also analyses the situation and the existent problem of Huhehotbroadband business market.This thesis analyses the external environment of Huhehotbroadband business market by"PEST"method.What's more,it analyses the industrycompetition status of Huhehot CHINAUNICOM broadband business through the model of FiveKinds of Competitive Force.Then,the thesis puts forward the general strategy weshould take to keep and expand the broadband advantage continuously based on theanalysis of "SWOT".
