In recent years, people of different fields have accepted and paid attention to the huge function of the broadband technique that promotes the economy sustainable development. Pushed by the broadband technique, many new kinds of information services that aim to improve the enterprise and social information degree come into being. At the same time, this new technique combining the digit and phonetics together is quickly confusing the distinction of traditional enterprises. Besides providing the basic telecom service, broadband technique is promoting distance education, telemedicine, electronic agriculture, electronic government affairs, electronic business and information safety. All these services not only improve people's living conditions but also indicate an invaluable market.Since 2002, the broadband industry in china has gained a sustainable and higher developing speed. People's better understanding of broadband service, the higher quality market structure, the low construction cost and the ripe technique create wonderful conditions for the development of broadband business.This thesis mainly studies the Tanggu CNC broadband business development and marketing strategy, using the method of combining the theory with practice, founded on the actual investigation of enterprise. It integrates the utilization of the related management theory like strategy management theory etc. Firstly, the thesis summarizes the development situation of broadband business market in China and the whole word, and also analyses the situation and the existent problem of Tanggu broadband business market. This thesis analyses the external environment of Tanggu broadband business market by"PEST"method . What's more, it analyses the industry competition status of Tanggu CNC broadband business through the model of Five Kinds of Competitive Force. Then, the thesis puts forward the general strategy we should take to keep and expand the broadband advantage continuously based on the analysis of"SWOT".
